Job Description / Key Responsibilities of the Role:
To provide real time improvements to our customers to improve three critical parameters, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and profits. Be confident of handling a customer on its own and link payment based on objectives achieved.
Years of Experience: 6 - 10 years
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any post graduation
Work Location: Bangalore, India
Desired Experience:
- Must have knowledge and experience on minimum one framework like, Agile, 6 Sigma, Lean, TQM, ISO, CMMi etc
- Must have designed processes for at least 2 years and managed changes at organization or dept level
- Must have strong experience on processes architecture. Should have lead and facilitated task forces on various process definitions and deployment.
- Must have provided trainings on organizational processes, Project Management Practices, or any of these frameworks (like, Agile, TQM, CMMI, ISO9001: 2000 etc), CASE Tools.
- Should have planned, conducted internal audits and assessments, presented internal improvement actions to the management and ensured their closure.
Good to Have:
- Might have provided consultancy to international clients, CXOs, program managers etc on either program / project management or any framework/model/standard etc
- Might have managed or participated in Metric program using statistical techniques.
- Might have defined work-flow using CASE tools, like, IBM-Rational, IBM-Telelogic, PVCS, etc for Review findings, Test Defects, Audit findings, Risks, Action Items, Change Requests, Unit Testing Defects etc.
- Might have used open source or commercial tools for design and code quality measurement
- Should have some degree of real time experience in development life cycle, either coding or testing.
